K28 Tea is the Perfect way to fire your weight loss day

By having this as soon as you wake up, it will send your metabolism into overdrive and get your burning fat even before you have breakfast.

Ingredients

6 inch piece of Ginger, peeled and cut into ribbons
4 Lemons, sliced

4 x teaspoons of Matcha Green Tea Powder
3 x teaspoons of Turmeric
2 x teaspoons of Ground Cinammon
½  x teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

Fill a large saucepan with 2 litres of cold water. 
Add sliced Ginger and Lemon
Bring Water to the boil. 
Simmer for 20 minutes. 

Add the 4 powders and stir well.   The Tea will turn a dark Red
Simmer for another 20 minutes
Turn off heat and let cool a little. 
Pass through a coffee filter to remove all the bits.  You may need to do this twice. 
Pour into Mug, and put the rest in a bottle or jug in the fridge. 
Let it cool a little and try and drink in one go. 

Warning !!

This drink has a Kick !! 
But it will FIRE your metabolism into OVERDRIVE first thing in the morning.
It will get your body burning fat before breakfast !!
