Keto Chicken Pizza

Keto Chicken Pizza is the PERFECT standard pizza replacement. Using the Chicken as a base and loading with your favourite toppings.. how can you not love this.

Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast – Butterflied
2 1/2 tablespoons Passata
1/2 Mozzarella Ball – Shredded or Sliced

Toppings of your choice

1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a tbsp Olive Oil in pan – If you are using onions, mushrooms or peppers as toppings cook these first then set aside
  2. Butterfly the Chicken Breast.
  3. Place on chopping board and cover with clingfilm.
  4. Use a rolling pin and pound the chicken until it is 1/2 cm thick.
  5. Place chicken in Pan and cook until bottom is starting to brown
  6. Turn over, spoon on the Passata, your toppings and & the Mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder & Paprika
  8. Cover with lid – this helps the Mozzarella melt and keeps the chicken moist
  9. Transfer Pizza to Plate
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
